While at Mr.X - Visual Development / Concept Designs for some of the props/assets on this film and the fx look and animation of them. Unfortunately like most images I’ve created I don’t have access to show them :( only this making of video that features some of them.

Lead Matte Painter / Environments while @ MPC
First video is a short clip of the environment my team was tasked to. A full set replacement and match & extended (top half extension as the bottom half was a set that was also replaced).
The last video is the trailer.
Concept Art & Visual Development done for Amazon Studios.
Created a lot of panoramic images some at over 20k / 360 VR spherical degree coverage of clouds and environments at different altitudes from 2km seeing London below to 20k close to space with different lighting scenarios. Images were used to Art Direct the VFX of the sequences that spanned different altitudes as the balloon progressed into the stratosphere.
These images are from the final result of the film. Unfortunately like most of my concept artwork it won’t see the light of day.. If ever I get a hold of them.. I’ll post them but these are close to the direction.
3D Environments & Matte Painting Supervisor, Concept Artist & VFX Art Director while @ MPC.

Images created as a huge team effort as always.
Excuse the crazy saturation grades… client went overboard on it. :( I tried to reduce it some on these images.
